Product Condition
All LEGO® sets and pieces sold are pre-owned and have been thoroughly cleaned and inspected for quality.
Products may show minor signs of use, such as slight discolouration or wear, but are guaranteed to be in good, playable condition.
Any missing parts, minifigures, or instructions will be clearly stated in the product description.
Order Process
Orders can be placed through our secure online platform.
Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details.
Orders are processed within 24hrs after payment is received.
Shipping Policy
Our Shipping Policy is designed to provide you with clear information about our shipping methods, packaging, and costs. We believe in transparency and aim to build trust with our customers. UK Mainland postage and packing
All UK mainland postage and packing is set at £3 per order and
sent via Royal Mail
All orders are sent in various sizes of boxes with bubble wrap to keep your order secure
Our target is to have your order dispatched within 24hrs - 7 Days a week (excluding Public and Bank Holidays)
Return & Exchange Policy
At TPTstuff, we want you to shop with confidence. In the event that you've changed your mind about a purchase or are dissatisfied with a product, our Return & Exchange Policy is here to assist you. We believe in providing a straightforward and hassle-free experience for our customers.
We stand behind the quality of our products, and if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a convenient return or exchange process. 14-day cooling off period
You have a legal right to cancel your order and return the goods for a full refund, including the original standard delivery costs.
Notification
You must notify the us by email at admin@tptstuff.com you want to cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Return time
You then have another 14 days from the date you notified us to send the goods back.
Condition
The goods should be returned in a condition that means they won't get damaged, but they don't need to be in their original packaging.
Refund
Your refund will be issued as a return via the way you paid for your items once we have received and checked the returned items.
